What conditions must my item meet to be approved for a return?
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact, and proof of purchase is required.Items that show signs of wear, fragrance, stains, or missing packaging will be declined.

Who covers return shipping costs?
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be sent with tracked shipping, as Qudsiyah cannot refund items lost in transit without tracking.If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover UK postage for verified errors.
Do you offer exchanges?
