While we are confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Return Window — 7 Days
You have 7 calendar days from the date your parcel is delivered to request a return.
Requests submitted after 7 days will, unfortunately, not be eligible.
ALL JERSEY KHIMARS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES
Return Conditions
To approve a return, we kindly require that:

Original tags, labels, and packaging are fully intact

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or email invoice) is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will be declined and returned back to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, quality, and fairness reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale, discounted, or outlet items

Gift cards

Custom-made or altered items

Items showing signs of fragrance, smoke, stains, or wear

Items missing original tags, protective packaging, or accessories

Returns initiated after the 7-day window

Return Shipping Costs
Qudsiyah does not provide free return labels.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent with tracked shipping.
We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without tracking.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

International Customers (Including USA)
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
If incorrect address details are entered at checkout, Qudsiyah cannot cover reshipment or recovery costs.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
USA Customers — Mandatory Contact Details
To ensure smooth customs and carrier processing, all USA-based customers must provide:

Orders without complete contact information may face delays or be returned by the carrier. Qudsiyah cannot be held responsible for such outcomes or associated charges.
International Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If an international order is returned to us due to:

Unclaimed parcel at pickup

Customs refusal
The customer is responsible for:

Reshipment fees

Any carrier or customs charges
Refunds will only be processed once the parcel safely returns to us, minus shipping fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
